Xunglee adaptations — 2026-10-23 Data adaptations licensed under CC BY-SA 3.0: https://creativecommons.org/licenses/by-sa/3.0/ Upstream version 3.37.0; contributors and attribution in LICENSE.txt and the unchanged country YAML files beside this notice. Upstream code ISC; bundled third-party MIT/ISC license texts are supplied in this directory. The browser adapter normalizes dates, types, original/translatable names and first-level state/province scopes. It preserves overrides/exclusions rather than applying every base calendar holiday to every state. Municipal calendars are not included. Unsupported school calendars are not inferred. Holiday rules are not government confirmation. Islamic rules are provisional and excluded from firm working-day/leave calculations. China base dates omit annual extended breaks and compensatory working weekends; work calculations are estimates. UAE correction for years 2025 onwards: remove 27 Rajab and 1 Ramadan from public holidays; include Arafah (9 Dhu al-Hijjah); National Day spans 2–3 December. Reference: UAE Cabinet Resolution 27/2024 effective 1 January 2025, as summarized by the UAE official government platform: https://u.ae/en/information-and-services/public-holidays-and-religious-affairs/public-holidays Lunar Gregorian dates remain estimates, including possible additional 30 Ramadan. China 8 March, 4 May, 1 June and 1 August are scoped/optional observances, not days off for the entire workforce; they are not counted as general full public holidays. All generated records identify their origin/version/license. Translated names are included only when actually supplied by the rule data. Unknown source update and confirmation timestamps stay null. No government endorsement is implied.
